Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: October 26, 2025
Program Duration: 8 Weeks (October 26, 2025 - December 20, 2025)

 

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

  • By submitting an application to Doritos Presents Project Triangle ("the Program"), you ("Applicant," "Participant," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not participate in the Program.

  • The Program is organized by MDLBEAST Radio ("Organizer") in partnership with Doritos ("Brand Partner"). References to "we," "us," or "our" refer collectively to the Organizer and Brand Partner. 
     

2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible to participate in the Program, you must meet ALL of the following criteria:

 

​2.1 Age and Residency

  • Be 21 years of age or older as of October 26, 2025

  • Be a legal resident of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

  • Possess valid Residential ID or Passport proving age and residency

 

​2.2 Role Requirements

  • Apply as one of the following roles: Hip Hop Artist, Music Producer, or Dancer

  • Demonstrate sufficient skill level and experience in your chosen role

  • Be able to work collaboratively as part of a Triangle Crew (3-member team)

 

2.3 Availability and Commitment

  • Be available for the entire 8-week program duration (October 26 - December 20, 2025)

  • Be able to travel to Riyadh for:

  • Week 3 mentorship sessions (November 9-15, 2025)

  • Week 8 finale event (December 20, 2025)

  • Commit to all scheduled production sessions, rehearsals, and program activities

 

2.4 Media Participation

  • Be comfortable and willing to appear on camera, in videos, photographs, and on radio

  • Consent to having your journey documented and shared publicly across multiple platforms

  • Participate in interviews, promotional activities, and social media content creation

 

2.5 Professional Conduct

  • Have no conflicting contractual obligations that would prevent full participation

  • Not be currently bound by exclusive agreements with competing brands or programs

  • Maintain professional standards of behavior throughout the Program

 

2.6 Ineligibility

  • The following individuals are NOT eligible to participate:

  • Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of MDLBEAST, Doritos, PepsiCo, or their affiliates

  • Professional legal guardians or agents acting on behalf of minors

  • Individuals who have been previously disqualified from MDLBEAST or Doritos programs

  • Anyone who does not meet all eligibility requirements listed above

 

3. APPLICATION PROCESS

 

3.1 Application Submission

  • Applications open October 26, 2025 and close at 11:59 PM KSA time on November 7, 2025

  • Applications may be submitted as:

  • Complete Triangle Crew (Artist + Music Producer + Dancer(s))

  • Individual Applicant (to be matched with other participants)

  • All application materials must be submitted through the official Project Triangle website

  • Incomplete or late applications will not be considered

3.2 Required Application Materials

  • Full legal name, date of birth, and contact information

  • Valid Government-issued ID or Passport for age and residency verification

  • Declared role (Artist, Music Producer, or Dancer)

  • Portfolio links demonstrating your work (SoundCloud, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

  • Crew status (applying as formed crew or individual)

  • Consent to Terms and Conditions

3.3 Selection Process

  • All applications will be reviewed by a selection committee

  • Shortlisted candidates may be contacted for auditions or interviews during Week 2 (November 2-8, 2025)

  • Final selections will be announced by November 8, 2025

  • Selection decisions are final and not subject to appeal

  • The Organizer reserves the right to adjust crew compositions to ensure balanced skill sets

3.4 No Application Fee

  • There is no fee to apply or participate in the Program

  • Beware of any third parties requesting payment for application assistance

 

4. PROGRAM PARTICIPATION

​

4.1 Triangle Crew Formation

  • Each selected Triangle Crew will consist of 3 core members: 1 Artist, 1 Music Producer, and 1-3 Dancers

  • If you apply individually, you consent to being matched with other participants

  • Once crews are finalized, members are expected to work collaboratively for the duration of the Program

  • Crew changes will only be made in exceptional circumstances at the Organizer's sole discretion

4.2 Program Schedule and Commitments

  • Participants must attend and actively participate in:

  • Week 3: Mentorship sessions in Riyadh (November 9-15, 2025)

  • Weeks 3-7: Audio production, recording sessions, music video filming, and content creation

  • Week 8: Finale rehearsals and live event at Beast House on December 20, 2025

  • All scheduled production activities, meetings, and content sessions as determined by the Organizer

4.3 Travel and Accommodation

  • The Organizer will provide round-trip transportation to Riyadh for participants outside the city

  • Accommodation will be provided only for Week 3 mentorship and Week 8 finale activities

  • Participants are responsible for obtaining any necessary travel documents

  • Participants must follow all travel itineraries and schedules provided by the Organizer

4.4 Creative Development

  • Each crew will create one (1) original Hip Hop track

  • Participants maintain creative input while following guidance from mentors and producers

  • The Organizer reserves the right to provide creative direction to ensure brand alignment

  • Final approval of all creative content rests with the Organizer and Brand Partner

​

4.5 Professional Conduct

  • Participants agree to:

  • Maintain professional behavior at all times

  • Treat all crew members, staff, mentors, and other participants with respect

  • Follow all venue rules and program guidelines, and MDLBEAST Policies, Code of Conduct and Public Decency Policy

  • Refrain from inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to: harassment, discrimination, violence, substance abuse, or illegal activities

  • Represent Doritos and MDLBEAST Radio positively in all public interactions

 

5. MEDIA RIGHTS AND CONSENT

​

5.1 Documentation and Recording

  • By participating, you grant the Organizer and Brand Partner the irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free right to:

  • Record, photograph, film, and document your participation in all program activities

  • Use your name, image, likeness, voice, performance, and biographical information

  • Create, edit, and distribute content featuring your participation across all media platforms

​

5.2 Content Usage

  • Content may be used for:

  • Behind-the-scenes videos and social media posts

  • Radio capsules and on-air features on MDLBEAST Radio

  • Marketing and promotional materials for Doritos and MDLBEAST Radio

  • Press releases, articles, and media coverage

  • Documentary or recap content about the Program

  • Future promotional materials showcasing the Program

​

5.3 No Additional Compensation

  • You acknowledge that participation in media activities is part of the Program and no additional compensation beyond what is explicitly stated will be provided for media appearances or content usage.

​

5.4 Social Media

  • Participants are encouraged to share their journey on personal social media accounts

  • All posts must tag @doritos_mena and @mdlbeastradio

  • Participants must not post content that is disparaging, inappropriate, or misrepresents the Program

  • Participants agree to participate in coordinated social media campaigns as directed by the Organizer

 

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

​

6.1 Music Rights

  • Ownership: Participants retain ownership of the underlying musical composition (lyrics and melody) of their original track

  • Master Recording: The sound recording produced during the Program will be owned jointly by the Participant and MDLBEAST Records

  • Publishing: Participants agree to grant MDLBEAST Records and Doritos a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, distribute, perform, and promote the track

​

6.2 Distribution Rights

  • Participants grant MDLBEAST Records the right to:

  • Distribute the track on all streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Anghami, etc.)

  • Play the track on MDLBEAST Radio

  • Include the track in promotional compilations or playlists

  • License the track for promotional use by Doritos

​

6.3 Music Video Rights

  • The music video will be owned jointly by the Participant and the Organizer

  • Both parties have the right to use and distribute the music video

  • The Organizer has the right to use the music video for promotional purposes indefinitely

​

6.4 Clearances and Permissions

  • Participants warrant that:

  • All submitted work is original and does not infringe on third-party rights

  • They have obtained all necessary permissions for any samples, beats, or third-party content used

  • They have the legal right to grant all licenses and rights outlined in these Terms

​

6.5 Moral Rights

  • Participants agree not to assert any moral rights that would interfere with the Organizer's or Brand Partner's use of the content as permitted under these Terms.

 

7. PRIZES AND RECOGNITION

​

7.1 Participation Benefits (All Crews)

  • All selected Triangle Crews will receive:

  • Professional mentorship from MDLBEAST experts

  • Professional studio recording sessions

  • Full music video production by professional filmmakers

  • Distribution of final track through MDLBEAST Records and major streaming platforms

  • Airplay on MDLBEAST Radio

  • Travel and accommodation for program activities

  • Behind-the-scenes video content

  • Weekly radio capsule features

  • Social media exposure across Doritos and MDLBEAST Radio platforms

  • Networking opportunities with industry professionals

​

7.2 Winner Prize Package

  • The winning Triangle Crew will receive:

  • National recognition as "KSA's Boldest Creators"

  • Featured coverage across Doritos and MDLBEAST Radio marketing campaigns

  • Press release distribution to major media outlets

  • Extended promotional support for their music release

  • Consideration for future MDLBEAST events and opportunities

  • Trophy or award recognition

  • Additional promotional benefits as determined by the Organizer

​

7.3 Judging Criteria

  • The winner will be determined by:

  • 4 Expert Judges (industry professionals selected by the Organizer)

  • Fan Voting (public vote counting as the 5th judge)

  • Judging criteria include:

  • Musical quality and originality

  • Performance energy and stage presence

  • Music video creativity and execution

  • Overall cultural impact and boldness

  • Audience engagement

7.4 Determination of Winner

  • The finale will take place on December 20, 2025 at Beast House, Riyadh

  • All judging decisions are final and not subject to appeal

  • The winner will be announced at the live finale event

  • In the event of a tie, the Organizer's decision will be final

​

7.5 Prize Limitations

  • Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value

  • Prizes cannot be substituted or exchanged

  • The Organizer reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary

  • All applicable taxes on prizes are the responsibility of the recipients

8. PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS

​

8.1 Time Commitment

  • Participants must:

  • Dedicate sufficient time to creative development, rehearsals, and production

  • Attend all mandatory sessions and meetings

  • Meet all deadlines for content submission and production milestones

  • Be punctual and reliable for all scheduled activities

​

8.2 Collaboration

  • Participants must:

  • Work cooperatively with their Triangle Crew members

  • Follow the direction of mentors, producers, and program staff

  • Participate constructively in all creative processes

  • Support fellow participants and maintain a positive team environment

​

8.3 Health and Safety

  • Participants must:

  • Disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation

  • Follow all health and safety protocols at venues and events

  • Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for personal belongings

  • Notify the Organizer immediately of any injuries or health concerns

​

8.4 Confidentiality

  • Participants agree to:

  • Keep confidential any non-public information about the Program, other participants, or production details

  • Not disclose results, winner information, or sensitive content before official announcements

  • Not share proprietary methods, techniques, or business information learned during the Program

 

9. CODE OF CONDUCT

​

9.1 Expected Behavior

  • Participants must:

  • Conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times

  • Comply with all local laws and regulations

  • Respect venue rules and production protocols

  • Maintain a positive representation of Doritos and MDLBEAST Radio

​

9.2 Prohibited Behavior

  • The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  • Harassment, discrimination, or bullying of any kind

  • Violence or threats of violence

  • Use of illegal substances

  • Intoxication during program activities

  • Theft or damage to property

  • Sharing false or misleading information

  • Unauthorized use of Program branding or materials

  • Disparagement of the Program, Organizer, Brand Partner, or other participants

​

9.3 Consequences of Violations

  • Violations may result in:

  • Verbal or written warnings

  • Suspension from program activities

  • Immediate disqualification and removal from the Program

  • Legal action if violations constitute illegal behavior

  • Forfeiture of all prizes and benefits

 

10. PUBLIC DECENCY

The Participants agree to abide by all Public Decency Laws and Regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during the Terms set herein and while participating in the Program. The Participants acknowledge the importance of respecting local customs and traditions and agrees to conduct themselves in a manner that is consistent with the cultural and social norms of Saudi Arabia. Any violation of these Laws and Regulations may result in immediate disqualification and removal from the Program.

11. LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

​​

11.1 Assumption of Risk

  • Participants acknowledge that:

  • Participation involves inherent risks including physical activity, travel, and public performance

  • They participate voluntarily and at their own risk

  • The Organizer cannot guarantee safety from all potential hazards

​​

11.2 Release of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants release and hold harmless the Organizer, Brand Partner, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability for:

  • Personal injury, illness, or death

  • Property damage or loss

  • Emotional distress

  • Any other damages arising from participation in the Program

​

11.3 Indemnification

  • Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer and Brand Partner from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Participant's breach of these Terms and Conditions

  • Participant's violation of any laws or third-party rights

  • Participant's misconduct or negligence during the Program

  • Any content created or submitted by the Participant that infringes on third-party rights

11.4 Insurance

  • Participants are responsible for obtaining their own health and travel insurance

  • The Organizer maintains appropriate liability insurance for program activities

  • Insurance does not cover personal belongings or equipment brought by participants

12. TERMINATION AND DISQUALIFICATION

​

12.1 Voluntary Withdrawal

  • Participants may withdraw from the Program at any time by providing written notice

  • Withdrawn participants forfeit all benefits and prizes

  • The Organizer is not obligated to replace withdrawn participants

​

12.2 Disqualification Grounds

  • The Organizer may disqualify a participant for:

  • Providing false information in the application

  • Failing to meet eligibility requirements

  • Violating these Terms and Conditions

  • Engaging in prohibited behavior

  • Missing mandatory activities without valid excuse

  • Inability to fulfill program commitments

  • Any conduct detrimental to the Program's reputation

12.3 Effects of Disqualification

  • Disqualified participants:

  • Must immediately cease all program activities

  • Forfeit all prizes, benefits, and recognition

  • Must return any materials or equipment provided by the Organizer

  • Remain bound by confidentiality and intellectual property provisions

  • May be responsible for their own return travel costs and accommodation

​

12.4 Crew Impact

  • If one crew member is disqualified, the Organizer may replace them or disqualify the entire crew

  • Remaining crew members may be offered the opportunity to continue with a replacement member

  • The Organizer's decision regarding crew continuation is final

 

13. PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATION

13.1 Right to Modify

  • The Organizer reserves the right to:

  • Modify the Program schedule, format, or activities

  • Change venue locations or event dates

  • Alter creative direction or production plans

  • Update these Terms and Conditions with reasonable notice

​

13.2 Force Majeure

  • The Organizer is not liable for delays, modifications, or cancellations due to:

  • Acts of God (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)

  • Government actions or regulations

  • Venue unavailability

  • Technical failures

  • Any circumstances beyond reasonable control

​

13.3 Program Cancellation

  • If the Program is cancelled:

  • Participants will be notified as soon as reasonably possible

  • The Organizer is not liable for any costs, damages, or disappointment

  • No compensation will be provided beyond expenses already incurred by participants

  • Intellectual property rights for any work created remain as outlined in Section 6

 

14. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

​

14.1 Data Collection

  • By participating, you consent to the collection of:

  • Personal identification information (name, age, contact details)

  • Application materials and portfolio content

  • Performance recordings and photographs

  • Feedback and evaluation data

​

14.2 Data Usage

  • Your information may be used for:

  • Program administration and communication

  • Participant selection and evaluation

  • Content creation and promotional materials

  • Legal compliance and record-keeping

  • Future program development and research

​

14.3 Data Sharing

  • Your information may be shared with:

  • MDLBEAST Radio and Doritos/PepsiCo entities

  • Third-party service providers (photographers, videographers, venues)

  • Media outlets for promotional purposes

  • Legal authorities if required by law

​

14.4 Data Protection

  • We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information

  • We comply with applicable Saudi Arabian data protection laws

  • You may request access to your personal data by contacting us

  • We retain data for the duration necessary to fulfil program purposes

​

14.5 Communications

  • By participating, you consent to receive:

  • Program-related communications via email, phone, or SMS

  • Promotional materials from Doritos and MDLBEAST Radio

  • Updates about future opportunities

  • You may opt out of promotional communications but must continue receiving program-essential communications.

 

15. GENERAL PROVISIONS

​

15.1 Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

​

15.2 Entire Agreement

  • These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between participants and the Organizer regarding the Program and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

​​

15.3 Severability

  • If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

​

15.4 Waiver

  • Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

​

15.5 Assignment

  • Participants may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms. The Organizer may assign these Terms to any affiliate or successor entity.

​

15.6 Language

  • These Terms are drafted in English. In case of any translation, the English version shall prevail.

​

15.7 Amendments

  • The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Participants will be notified of material changes and continued participation constitutes acceptance of amended Terms.

​

15.8 Headings

  • Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
